Meals at Kaya are designed specifically to help support, improve, and transform metabolism. Individualised plans cater to each person’s specific needs while reducing inflammation and toxicity levels.

Sri Lankan food culture is blessed with an abundance of richly nutritious fruit and vegetables. Our chefs work with local superfoods: Gotu kola, coconut, murunga, jackfruit, kale, avocado, and strawberry while enhancing the preparations with the goodness of ginger, basil, turmeric, cumin, Ceylon cinnamon, and black pepper. Highlights include our signature turmeric smoothie, matcha mint green smoothie, turmeric cashew curry, zucchini spaghetti, and chocolate and avocado mousse. Another exciting menu feature is the fresh seafood that is caught daily from the Indian Ocean.
