Inventive preparations and healthy yet delicious desserts make meal times special at Kaya. Highlights include our signature turmeric smoothie, matcha mint green smoothie, turmeric cashew curry, zucchini spaghetti, and chocolate and avocado mousse. Beyond our integrative, custom-cooked diets, it’s the nutritional education that our chefs provide, which makes our kitchen a stand-out facility at Vingyana.

The Snapper Restaurant
The exclusive restaurant at Kaya; The Snapper, specializes in an appealing array of seafood symphonies including many dishes featuring the restaurants namesake, the red snapper fish. Head Chef, Rizvie Ameer is a passionate chef whose creativity for cooking and years of experience is nothing short of outstanding – as a skim-through of the restaurant’s menu will reveal. Dishes are presented with a master artiste's touch – a true treat for the senses. A scrumptious continental breakfast buffet is served here every morning, where guests can choose to dine on the adjoining outdoor deck. With a breathtaking view of the beach.
